Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Easy Pharmacy and Surgicals. Because we are a pharmacy, some items have stricter rules than a typical retail return.
Prescription medication
For your safety and by state and federal law, we cannot accept returns of any prescription medication once it has left the pharmacy. If you believe a prescription was dispensed in error, please call us immediately at (908) 722-7002 and do not use the medication.
Over-the-counter products
Unopened OTC medication, vitamins and personal care items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Opened items may be exchanged only if defective.
Durable medical equipment
- Unopened equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less any restocking fee (typically 15%).
- Opened or used equipment — including hospital beds, lift chairs, CPAP masks, nebulizers, commodes and any personal-use items — cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Rental equipment may be returned at any time; charges accrue until the item is received and inspected.
Custom or special-order items
Diabetic shoes, compression stockings and other made-to-measure or specially ordered products are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturer defect.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to return an item
- Call us at (908) 722-7002 to confirm the item is eligible.
- Bring the item and receipt to 931 Kennedy Blvd., Manville, NJ 08835.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
