Switch pharmacies in 3 minutes

Move your prescriptions.
Keep your morning quiet.

Fill one short form. We call your current pharmacy, verify with your prescriber, and text you when everything's ready — usually the same day. No paperwork, no phone tag, no interruption to your routine.

How it works

Three steps. All ours.

You fill the form. We do the rest — the phone calls to your old pharmacy, the fax to your prescriber, the insurance verification, and the follow-up if anything is missing.

  1. 01

    Tell us once

Fill one short form — name, date of birth, current pharmacy, and the medications you'd like moved. Takes about 3 minutes.

  2. 02

    We do the calling

Our pharmacists phone your current pharmacy, verify with your prescriber, and pull every refill on file — electronically. No paperwork on your end.

  3. 03

    Pick up or delivered

We text when your medications are ready. Walk in to Manville, or take free local delivery across Somerset County — usually same day.

Why switch

Four reasons to move.

01

One pharmacist, every time

You'll speak with the same team on every refill — not a stranger reading your chart cold.

02

Same-day local delivery

Manville, Hillsborough, Somerville, Bridgewater, Bound Brook and beyond — no charge, no minimum.

03

We take your insurance

Medicare Part D, Medicaid NJ FamilyCare, and every major commercial plan. We'll verify before you switch.

04

Copay stays the same

Transferring a prescription doesn't change your copay — insurance sets it, not the pharmacy.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do I need to call my old pharmacy?
No. Once you submit the form, we handle the phone calls, the faxes and the electronic transfer. You don't need to notify your current pharmacy at all.
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are complete within a few hours. Controlled substances and prescriptions with no refills remaining may take 1–2 business days while we contact your prescriber for a new script.
Will my insurance still cover it?
Yes. Your plan, formulary and copay are set by your insurance — not the pharmacy. We accept Medicare Part D, NJ FamilyCare, and every major commercial plan.
Can you transfer controlled substances?
Schedule III–V medications can be transferred once. Schedule II medications (like Adderall or oxycodone) require a new prescription from your prescriber — we'll coordinate that for you.
What if I only want to move some of my prescriptions?
That's fine — list only the medications you'd like moved. Nothing else changes at your current pharmacy.
